What to Expect When You Join My Mobility Training Program?
Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into movement, or dealing with health challenges — this program is designed to support you every step of the way. Longevity of body and mental focus towards yourself and training is my main focus.
Step 1: Sign Up & Connect
Once you sign up, I’ll be in touch to arrange a time to meet (either in person or online). We’ll chat about your lifestyle, needs, and any concerns you have — no pressure, just an honest conversation.
Step 2: Assessment & Goal Setting
We’ll go through some simple movement assessments and take any relevant measurements. This helps us create a clear starting point. From there, we’ll set realistic and motivating goals that are personal to you.
Step 3: Tailored Program Design
Using everything we’ve discussed, I’ll design a personalised mobility training plan that fits your body, your schedule, and your goals. If you have underlying health issues, don’t worry — my experience in training people with various conditions means we’ll find ways that work for your body, not against it.
Step 4: Train With Purpose
Now the fun starts! You’ll begin training with a clear plan and purpose. As you move better, you’ll start to feel more confident, your energy will rise, and you’ll notice real, lasting change — both physically and mentally.
Step 5: Support, Accountability & Progress
We’ll stay connected throughout your journey. I’ll help keep you motivated, on track, and supported — because progress doesn’t happen alone. Your success is my goal, and we’ll celebrate each step together.
